The 21 kW rack-mountable load bank is a key piece of equipment for data center commissioning. For your Data Center projects, this bench is designed to faithfully reproduce the energy and thermal behavior of computer rooms or servers under real operating conditions.

Its efficient design makes it easy to integrate in clean rooms or in confined spaces awaiting server racks.

Its main role is to simulate a controlled electrical load in order to test the robustness and resilience of critical data center systems, including power supplies (UPS, PDUs, generators) and cooling systems. By generating heat dissipation equivalent to that of some or all of the servers in operation (“ Room Load Test”), the bench can also be used to assess the capacity of air-conditioning infrastructures to maintain optimal conditions (“ Thermal Load Testing“).

Thanks to precise power regulation (up to 21 kW), different load scenarios can be reproduced, from nominal operation to stressful situations (consumption peaks, temperature rises). This makes it possible to anticipate potential failures, validate back-up procedures and optimize energy management.
