Resistive, reactive: what’s the difference?
A resistive load bank simulates a purely active load and covers most common tests. However, in reality, most industrial electrical systems combine active and inductive loads: motors, transformers, and variable-speed drives. A resistive test bench alone cannot reproduce these conditions. The resistive-reactive test bench adds the inductive component to test under variable power factors, as closely as possible to the actual operating conditions the equipment will experience.

The container format: test it anywhere, even under challenging conditions
Our resistive-reactive test benches are available in containerized formats for projects that require them. Self-contained and portable, they can be installed directly on-site without the need for dedicated infrastructure, making them ideal for construction sites, remote locations, or temporary installations. The container protects the equipment from outdoor conditions and allows for quick deployment, no matter where your installation is located.

A clear picture of your facilities’ performance
Delta-Resistel resistive/reactive load banks combine resistive and reactive loads to accurately replicate the actual operating conditions of electrical installations. They enable testing of equipment (generators, inverters, data centers) under varying power factors by simulating the stresses associated with inductive loads.
Designed for demanding environments, our test benches guarantee reliable, accurate, and representative testing, ensuring the performance, stability, and compliance of your critical installations.
An ideal solution for testing under real-world conditions, whether during commissioning or maintenance.

4 key features of the range:

Adjustable power factor
Simulation of real-world loads
Precise and modular control
Robust and secure design
